John Morgan, ACP, Moderator
John has more than 25 years experience in consumer package goods and the coupon industry. His experience includes both strategy and implementation while crossing business functions of sales, marketing, operations, and information technology while focusing on business-to-business marketing and business development in the retail grocery industry.
Currently, he is a partner of Integrated Management Solutions, Inc. a meeting planning, management services, and consultancy serving the coupon industry. He serves as Executive Director of the Association of Coupon Professionals, managing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of this 60+ member trade association.
He has been involved in the industry, participating in many trade association activities and initiatives and serving as a panelist and presenter at conferences that includes the Association of Coupon Professionals, Joint Industry Coupon Committee, Promotion Marketing Association, Coupon Information Center, GS1, and The Mobile Marketing Association.
Susan Jones, Inmar
Susan has been a member of the Inmar team for more than 23 years, holding a number of positions involving promotion consulting, operations and marketing as well as product management and development. A results-oriented leader with extensive experience in the development, marketing and delivery of consumer promotion solutions, Susan is highly skilled at translating strategic business and marketing plans into tangible, measurable results. In her present position, Susan is focused on understanding what motivates shoppers along the path-to-purchase and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of clients’ consumer-facing promotions. She received her undergraduate degree from Lenoir-Rhyne University and her MBA from Wake Forest University.
Darcy Douglas, Kantar Media
Darcy is currently working at Kantar Media, since 2006. She enjoys collaborating with others in the industry and connecting new ideas and people. Previously, she spent seven years at General Mills, working in both sales and marketing roles on brands such as Yoplait, Progresso and K-12 foodservice products.
Neal Heffernan, Gfk
Neal Heffernan, EVP l Shopper & Retail Strategy at GfK, has more than 25 years’ experience and an in-depth understanding of consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry trends and their impact on the consumer and retail industries. Prior to joining Gfk, Mr. Heffernan was at Information Resources, Inc. (IRI), where he served as Senior Vice President, Business and Consumer Insights. Mr. Heffernan is an expert across many advanced research methodologies, including new product forecasting, in-market testing, price and promotion, marketing mix, and market structure. Mr. Heffernan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Advertising from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Prior to joining Valassis, Englert was a Director of Client Service at IRI, leading a dedicated client team responsible for all scanner and consumer-based analytics for multiple business units within Procter & Gamble.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising from Indiana University.
