The theme is “Jazzed about Coupons; New Platforms, New Directions, New Orleans”. The ever-changing coupon industry is evolving with new technologies, shifting consumer behavior, in an unpredictable economy.  There is much to see, hear, and learn at the Industry Coupon Conference including:

  •  Phil Lempert, The Supermarket Guru, is our keynote and will bring his expert analysis on consumer behavior, marketing trends and the retail landscape. You probably read the Lempert report, follow him in Supermarket News or have seen him on the Today show or the View. Phil will also monitor a Consumer Panel – hear it from the source! In this live consumer panel we will engage some “All You” consumer members in a discussion about their coupon use and shopping habits.
  •   Barbara Reilly, Valassis will contribute research regarding retailer media consumption and shifts in consumer coupon usage.
  •  dunnhumbyUSA will demonstrate through use cases how to optimize coupon engagement and redemption across channels to drive incremental value for the business overtime.
  • Additional case studies, demonstrating innovation and success in various coupon vehicles.
  • Back again will be an afternoon of track sessions where you can choose from presentations tailored to your specific interests including Digital Coupons, Redemption trends, Counterfeit Coupons, and Coupon Guidelines updates.
  • …and more unique research, case studies, the latest trends, and innovation that’s impacting the coupon industry.
  • Mark Heckman, a consultant with expertise in Digital Technology & Content, Customer Loyalty programs and retail marketing will discuss the “Digital Disconnect” and assess where digital is right now and where it needs to go adapt to smart phone carrying consumers who want access to information and offers digitally. He will also monitor a Digital Coupon Panel where we will explore the successes, opportunities and challenges of this emerging coupon vehicle.

The conference was developed under the leadership of the Association of Coupon Professionals in collaboration with the Food Marketing Institute, the Grocery Manufacturers of America, GS1 US, Coupon information Center and the Promotion Marketing Association. This will be the only conference dedicated exclusively to coupons in 2013. You can become associated with this great event through sponsorship. It’s an opportunity to show your company’s commitment to the coupon industry and to the success of the conference while networking with industry leaders and decision makers. It’s also an opportunity to demonstrate your product or service with a tabletop display in our exhibit area. Past attendees have included top CPG marketing and promotion executives, retailers, advertising and promotional agency partners, consultants and industry service providers. There’s no better place to make an impression on all the key industry decision-makers. There are a number of sponsorship packages to fit your budget. Your company will be recognized publicly in the general sessions, in conference materials, with signage, and on the ACP website. The exhibit hall will be bustling with attendees. The hall is adjacent to the general session ballroom and will be the venue for 2 nightly receptions, breakfasts, and breaks. Attendees must walk through the exhibit hall in order to enter the general session room. There will also be a contest to draw attendees to the exhibits. You can also sponsor specific breaks, lunches, the reception or dinner for more unique recognition. There are 4 levels of sponsorship available to market your company to these key industry decision makers as well as the ability to sponsor unique events.
